PRODUCTION MODULE ON THE FACTORY OOO “RUSSIAN STANDARD VODKA”

Production module of alcohol conditioning and blending on the factory OOO “Russian Standard Vodka” (Saint Petersburg):

Purpose:

Conditioning of a product goes through two phases: to clear the blend out of objectionable admixture and to change the structure of intermolecular bond for improving the organoleptic characteristics of a product and for improving its quality. 

Production module of alcohol conditioning and blending serves to conditioning of raw alcohol, rectified alcohol, perfumery alcohol, alcohol-water mixture and aqua-vitae on the final stage of its processing before bottling.

Technology:

Conditioning of alcohol and blending are based on possibility of withdrawal of some objectionable admixtures from processed product and based on their extra vaporization property in comparison to ethanol, i.e. on densification of objectionable admixtures in vapor phase in relation to base mixture and is determined by rectification coefficient of mixtures.  

In accordance to conditioning technology, at the first stage the product is destructed resulting in intermolecular bonds disrupting in water and alcohol clusters.

At the second stage, the part of a product is desorbed resulting in the elements of objectionable admixture and ethanol react to gas-vapor phase of volatile compounds vaporization which is removed from further technological process, therefore improving the organoleptic characteristics.

At the same time, new clusters are formed in the desorbing case and molecules of flavoring and other agents are added naturally that are required as a component of a specific product.
