Basic engineering
At this stage the result of our company’s work turns up the preparation of basic technological documentation and layout drawings with schedule of manufacturing, auxiliary, office and amenity premises.
This stage is also supposed a calculation, selection and arrangement of equipment in accordance to volumes and estimated assortment of produced goods.
The procedure of basic engineering consists of the following steps:
- Conducting the detailed study of the facility including all types of examinations, main technological calculations on the project
- Choice and configuration of technological equipment for processing of raw materials and half-products
- Preparing of basic technological documentation (layouts/sections, fundamental transitions and etc.)
- Modelling of layouts and structures, control systems, monitoring and safety (including centralized control systems, energy supplies, communications, video surveillance and alert systems, air-conditioning and ventilation, water supply and sewerage, fire-extinguishing systems etc.)
- Preparing of general construction documentation (general layouts, location of building footing etc.)
- Specification of quantity survey, preparing of purchase requisitions
- Compilation of a schedule of potential suppliers and contracting organizations, preliminary tender documentation preparation
- Preparing of quality control and safety procedures
